Program Enrolment Specialist

Salt is looking to hire a Program Specialist to support participants by providing career-readiness resources, engaging with employers and organizing recruiting activities to support the program learners in their job-hunting efforts.

Key responsibilities:

· Design, plan and implement the rollout of new programs for the learners

· Collect & analyse data/information, and evaluate program efficiency

· Collaborate with recruitment partners to explore partnerships and match job opportunities for the learners

· Organize events to connect learners with the alumni, industry experts and recruiting companies

· Provide level 1 customer support, address routine concerns, escalate more complex cases, and follow up with cases to resolution

· Manage weekly surveys including designing, scheduling, administration, database management & analysis

The ideal candidate would:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in human resource functions (preferably in recruiting), customer support, data analysis, or human resource functions

· Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written & verbal communication in English

· Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint

· Responsible & meticulous, able to own the assigned tasks end to end with attention to detail

· Great interpersonal skills, with empathetic communication approach

· Good team player and takes strong ownership in work
