Sr. Creative Services Manager

Salt talent Search is looking for a Senior Creative Manager for a 12 month contract role

The Senior Creative Manager role will help co-ordinate the traffic and workflow and time of all creative, design and development projects across print, events and digital.

What Will You Do:

• Plan and manage all work through the creative department.
• Coordinate project deliverables between Creative, Advertising, ABM and Web/Digital to name a few.
• Set up and manage projects and tasks in the Workfront project management (PM) system for creative projects.
• Check project doc/creative brief for accuracy, and request additional details if required.
• In conjunction with the Creative Director and other Creative Managers, as well as other department members, establish realistic Workfront schedules.
• Develop, implement and maintain PM procedures.
• Regular reviews and recommendations of task steps for regular projects.
• Hold weekly status meetings and manage the daily task and approval schedules.
• Manage staff capacity levels and in agreement with the Creative Director, identify external service providers.
• Ensure any freelancers’ or contractors’ timesheets are completed on time.
• Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring appropriate approval processes are followed.
• Manage production and vendor team(s) working on a given project.
• Hold regular calls and in-person meetings with stakeholders and reviewers.

What Will you need:

• Over 6 years’ commercial experience and excellent organisational skills
• Flexible, self-starter, proactive and strong people management skills
• Understanding of the creative process and Print production knowledge will be an advantage
• Logical thinker with can-do attitude and Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and experience using Workfront or similar PM/TM tool
