Salt Talent Search is looking for a Team Administrator in Singapore to support the SEA Talent Team. The candidate will provide administrative support to the following HR executives (Inclusion & Diversity Consultant for APAC and Human Resource Business Partner for Thailand) and is also responsible for event management of HR-related activities for the team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties such as processing travel, expense reports, digital and physical filing, ordering of equipment, restaurant bookings
Schedule meetings, internally and externally across different regions and time zones
Maintain calendars for HR executives namely, Inclusion & Diversity Consultant for APAC and Human Resource Business Partner for Thailand
Responsible for event management and logistics for HR-related events/activities
Maintain a log to track projects and their status
Coordinate international travel arrangements if needed
Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports
Manage various internal team events such as team offsites, all-hands/forums
Heavy communication internally and externally
Qualifications:
5+ years as an admin assistant supporting multiple executives
Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
Independent worker, with strong judgement and ability to make decisions quickly
