Brand Manager Marketing

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Brand Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role. This role is part of the regional Marketing team responsible for rolling out brand, product led, platform marketing programmes across the region. This role is with our well know financial services client.

What Will You Do:

• Manage market implementation in compliance with all guidelines for brand consistency, provide strategic and tactical support to the markets and guidance and coordination of external agencies to drive branding, acquisition, usage and customer engagement.
• Manage regional marketing activities, such as advertising, media, brand and product launches, campaigns.
• Analyse, interpret and implement appropriate strategies and tactics
• Support defining and designing marketing strategies and communications across the region
• Work closely with creative and media agencies as well as other external vendors to ensure quality execution of marketing programmes.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, track and optimise allocated regional marketing budget and calendars to measure key campaigns.

What Will You Need

• Experience in Marketing or Brand Management
• Good or keen understanding of financial services sector
• The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, strategic, creative minded with a strong consumer focus, and experienced in media planning, digital and social media marketing.
• Good branding/design sense with business acumen and able to express opinions on creative work.
