Client Solutions Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Client Solutions Manager for a 8 months extendable contract role.The Client Solutions Manager focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier advertisers. We look for candidates who enjoy solvingcomplex problems through technical and analyticalexcellence and commercial acumen, dissecting many sources of information into concrete recommendations and managing multiplestreams of work

What Will You Do:

• Work directly with key clients as a advertising expert;
• Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on advertising products and methodologies;
• Educate clients on advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices;
• Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment;
• Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures;
• Use research and insights that will:
• Help further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines;
• Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing ad campaigns;

What Will you Need:

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills required
• Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
• Experience communicating, collaborating and working effectively on a team Experience building ongoing relationships with external clients
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role will manage clients whose usual business language is Mandarin and English
