The strongest global crisis communications agency specialising in the international shipping, port, and offshore industries is seeking a savvy and dynamic Crisis Response Media Manager to join their growing team of professionals to provide expert media advice, counsel, and hands-on support to manage their client’s operational and reputational crisis. Based in the Singapore office, you will be an integral part of the crisis communications team managing initial responses and manning the incident line. You will coordinate emergency response drills using a sophisticated in-house media and social media simulation platform and provide high quality media response training to clients at all levels. Your average day could be anything from client liaison with everyone from CEOs to shipowners to business owners and communication leaders, providing internal and external comms advice and support, copywriting, media management and monitoring, travelling the region to conduct training and much more.

You are calm, collected, and don’t break easily when in crisis mode. You have clear and concise written English skills and are a confident and polished presenter / trainer. You are highly organised with abundant common sense and can hold your own in C-level relationship management. You will have worked with tech savvy media monitoring tools. Crisis communications/reputation management experience will be a plus.
