Digital Marketing Specialist (Thai Speaker)

Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for for Thailand and Singapore Market managing Corporate/APAC marketing programs and run local community and influence programs across to support Clients ambitious growth targets for these markets

Responsibilities

• Review the existing localised web content and enhance its quality to increase the online conversation rate, increasing paid users
• Run local community and influence marketing programs to generate additional learning content to meet the local audience’s needs, supplementing global content
• Work with the APAC paid media team to review the localised assets for display advertising and keyword search advertising
• Support the APAC Paid media team to uncover local media channels that can be used to target priorities audiences with scale
• Work with APAC Segment Campaign Marketing team to review the relevancy of localised campaign messages and assets for local markets and recreate the campaign assets if necessary to suit local cultures and trends
• Partner with the Global Localisation team to ensure localisation process is effective
• Partner with APAC Campaign and Life-cycle Marketing teams to develop local content aligning to seasonal moment i.e., Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-autumn festival
• Partner with the APAC Web Testing & Optimisation team to lead a project to enhance the online store experience for Thailand and Singapore audiences

Requirements

• At least 5 year’s hands-on experience executing digital marketing with expertise in email and social first programs
• Local market knowledge: Thailand native preferred
• Fluent spoken and written Thai and English
• Web site localisation experience for a company website and online store from English to Thai
• Content producing experience i.e., developing digital learning content
• Knowledge of online advertising i.e., Google Display Network. Managing corporate online advertisement experience preferred
• Online demand generation campaign experience to increase quality traffic to store with strong conversion rates
• AB test experience to optimise an online store
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree e.g. Communications, Marketing, Business
