Partner Marketing Manager (Malaysia)

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager in Malaysia for a 12-month extendable contract role, this role will be managing and developing a consistent operating framework and partner marketing program across the Southeast Asia partner ecosystem, which includes both strategy and program delivery

JD: Responsibilities

• Work with the ASEAN Channel team and Field Marketing Managers to develop strategic Go-to-Market plans for focus channel partners, GSI, Cloud Service Providers and Managed Security Services Partners, that targets at top of market accounts.
• Work closely with JAPAC partner marketing team to manage/ localise the development of channel marketing programs, incentives and initiatives that cater to the ASEAN markets.
• Drive the programs with measurable results in high quality leads, channel marketing pipeline, and effective follow-up through with Channel Business Managers.
• Report, measure and track the execution of partner marketing programs and initiatives for ASEAN:
• Ownership of all ASEAN partner communication
• Drive local Partner of Choice programs to develop loyalty, executive level engagement and buy-in.
• Enable partners to activate their own marketing programs to their install base

What Will You Need:

• Minimum 8 years’ regional experience in partner/channel roles in Southeast Asia markets
• A strong understanding and experience of how the IT/ Cybersecurity partner landscape operates
• Ability to build and deliver Go-to-Market programs with key stakeholders – including the ability to initiate and drive fundamental changes in partner marketing strategies, ability to analyze business issues, strategize and prioritize key actions and drive to fruition with the Channel team
• Strong presentation and communication skills
