Salt is hiring a highly strategic and results-driven ‘B2B Sales Lead’ to take ownership of sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue targets along with

leading and managing the entire Sales & Account Management team. The ideal candidate must have strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of sales levers for growth, and at least 10 years of B2B sales experience. This is a one-year contractual position in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Growth

* Define and execute the B2B sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Own the entire sales pipeline and revenue targets, driving accountability across the team.

* Identify and pull the right levers to unlock growth, including partnerships and optimized sales processes

Team Leadership & Sales Coaching

* Manage and lead the B2B Sales & Account Management team, fostering a high-performance culture.

* Drive team success by sharpening sales pitches, refining messaging, and elevating execution.

* Conduct sales coaching and training, ensuring best practices in consultative selling and client engagement

Client Acquisition & Account Growth

  • Oversee lead generation, deal conversion, and account expansion.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing client portfolios

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Implement data-driven sales tracking to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Gather market insights and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking – ability to identify key levers for business growth and execute effectively.
  • Experience selling to SMEs and corporate clients, with deep insight into their decision-making processes.
  • High accountability and ownership of sales targets – must be comfortable driving numbers and ensuring team performance.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to refine messaging and optimize sales execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
