The reason why our client is gaining success and expanding, is because they want their operations to be Creme de la Creme.
To expand in APAC, they decided to open a HQ in Manila and we are helping them to hire their first directors.
The Operation Director will join at the same tome as the General Manager to build up the entity from scratch.
They will complement each others to strategise and execute the future of operations in APAC.
The Operations Director will manage a team of 40 people to maintain product availability and quality for customers, and drive revenue and best cost for the company.
