NegotiableSalt is hiring a ‘Regional Sales Manager’ responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have responsibility for sales especially revenue planning, go to market activations strategy and execution, performance management and customer engagement through deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
· Performance management of program KPI’s, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
· Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for internal teams.
· Active communication and collaboration with internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
· 5+ years’ experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising.
· Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration
· Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles.
· Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working & building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties’ sales, or with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies
