Business Systems Analyst (Siebel)

Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst (In Siebel) for a tech client on a 12-month renewable contract.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for defining best practices for designing, developing solutions, extending and supporting various modules and components of Siebel applications suite.

· Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

· Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.

· Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.

· Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.

· Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

· Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years’ experience as Business System Analyst in Siebel is required

· Business System Analyst experience in Siebel Quoting, Pricing, Salesforce.com is highly preferred

· Experience with analyzing data from multiple data sources is required

· BSA experience/knowledge in Quote to Cash for direct sales and channel sales in Telecom or Data Center Industry is preferred

· Experience working with deal review business teams is preferred
