Senior Implementation Consultant

We are working with an award-winning North American client who is an industry-leading analytics solutions provider. They are expanding in Singapore and are looking to hire a Senior Implementation Consultant to add to their growing team.

What you will be doing:

• Work collaboratively with the clients from end to end, including understanding the requirements and providing consultation
• Anticipating and understanding client vision, translating them into actionable next steps
• Guide clients in deploying software including system customization, integration and user training

Who we are looking for:

• Strong customer facing consulting skills – this person will be able to influence and advise
• You know how to drive the efforts of internal & external teams to consistently achieve project landmarks
• You have strong analytical skills and knowledge of operational research techniques such as simulation, optimisation, failure rate modelling, cost benefit analysis
• This role will be travelling at least 30% once the borders open – working in different cities, meeting new people, working with large organisations, able to respond to a multitude of challenges excite you
