🌠Key Qualifications:

• Project Management: Strong experience in project management, particularly in maintaining content on high-traffic websites.
• CMS Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with content management systems and task management/ticketing systems.
• Copywriting and Editing: Ability to craft compelling copy and edit content effectively.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML is essential.
• Detail-oriented: Highly organized, articulate, and detail-oriented with a passion for user experience.
• Reliability: Known for reliability and efficiency in managing projects.
• HR Program Familiarity: Familiarity with HR programs is a plus.

Description:

• Content Management: Edit and load content in CMS, collaborating with partners to create and update content while ensuring clarity for users.
• Content Structure: Understand the structure and style of content for the People site, maintaining consistency and coherence.
• Task Prioritization: Understand the process and prioritize content change requests via the ticket tracking system.
• Project Management: Work on updates for weekly sprints and manage small projects effectively.
• Localization Support: Collaborate closely with the localization partner to prepare and hand off content for translation, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
