Art Director

Seeking an experienced Senior designer or Art Director for a 40 person startup in the health and wellness tech space in NYC! This team is growing from 40 to 120 in the next 10 months, and have surpassed Series B round.

This role will be the first hire in NYC for a short time, and will be helping to build out the rest of the marketing design org.

The product is first of its kind and changing people’s moods and performance personally and professionally.

You’ll be in charge of helping to create processes in-house as the work has been outsourced until this time. You will work across teams, working closely with the brand marketing, growth team on collaborations with influencers and PR.

Art directing video and photo shoots, content creation, keeping the branding consistent across all platforms for internal and external purposes, owning all visual storytelling, including campaign concepts, retail marketing, brand, and advertising.

Also responsible for hiring and managing a team of designers.

Degree in design a must, and interest in health and wellness is ideal. You will report directly to the VP of Brand and Marketing.

5+ years in creative environment with leadership experience.
