Design Director

Our client is looking for a Brand Lead Designer with 10+ years of experience focusing on building consumer brands, developing them and implementing global identity systems.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Lead the continued development of a cohesive and scalable identity system that effectively communicates our brand’s values and resonates with their targeted high-value audiences.
• Ensure that the identity system is globally scalable and adaptable to various mediums and channels, maintaining consistency and coherence across all touch points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand into all aspects of the business, fostering a unified brand experience.
• Apply design-thinking methodology to all brand development processes to ensure a flexible and scalable system.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, typography, and visual storytelling.
• A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in design.
• Experience working with specific non-consumer audiences (HR, Investors, Retail Customers, Potential Talent)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and platforms.
• Proven experience building brands with a focus on developing and implementing global identity system
• Agency experience required.
