Hybrid – Culver City, CA

Contract – 3 months (with potential for extension)

Salt is excited to present a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s most innovative technology and media companies as a Design Producer – Tools. In this role, you’ll support cross-functional product design teams in creating exceptional user experiences for internal web tools and software platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Design Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, and other Producers to align goals, manage workflows, and drive the quality and consistency of the final design deliverables.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in digital/creative production or software project management
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive/native app design
• Experience running design brainstorms, sprints, and review sessions
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace
• Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate across design, engineering, product, and marketing teams to define project requirements and milestones
• Lead project planning, workshops, and design reviews
• Track and report project health and ensure smooth handoff of design assets to engineering
• Advocate for design integrity throughout implementation
• Improve internal workflows and champion best practices in design operation
