So, where do you come in?

We’re seeking a remote Lead UX/UI designer to join our client’s existing digital team. Here the designer will work closely with product management, e-commerce, and marketing teams to develop new products and features to elevate the customer’s digital experience.

Role Expectations:

  • Ideate, define and design the UX and UI for new physical/digital products and features
  • Establish a UX/UI design system, process, and methodology
  • Create a unified style guide to be used across digital products in collaboration with the creative director
  • Conduct user research, design concept testing, and analysis to ensure optimal UX and UI for our target audiences
  • Collaborate with our product managers, marketing/creative, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and define design strategies to meet those needs

Your Experience Reflects:

  • Good working understanding of key UX processes, principles, and trends such as user research, prototyping, and competitive analysis
  • Experience designing and launching digital products E2E. Bonus: if in the e-commerce and wellness spaces
  • Customer-centric and data-driven focus while creating designs, with a record of showcasing metric improvements through the UX/UI
  • Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or, Invision
  • Carry a portfolio of web, interface, or application UX/UI work demonstrating a strong and strategic UX/UI practice

You’re Perfect If You Have…:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and incorporate feedback from business leaders, product management, marketing, and engineering into refined and intuitive customer experiences
  • Experience collaborating with front end engineers to ensure designs align with FED capabilities
  • Working understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions
  • The ability to be flexible as business needs and processes evolve
  • The desire to stay up to date on UX/UI best practices and identify the best way to apply them to the company.
