Creative Resourcing Coordinator
The Creative Resourcing Coordinator will support the Program Manager with the responsibility of on-boarding and off-boarding freelancers and maintaining records.
The Creative Resourcing Coordinator should have strong project management skills, an understanding of the creative process, and impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
- You have 1-2 years relevant or transferable experience in a creative resource, recruiting or project management role within a creative or marketing organisation.
- You’ve utilised a project management system and have evangelised use of it with others (Airtable is ideal).
- You have some knowledge of the creative process – particularly in areas such as product, design & marketing.
- You can work autonomously, take initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner
- You are highly detailed-oriented and thoughtful with your approach to creative problem solving
- As part of our Operations team, you will feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
- You are customer-service oriented and focused on ensuring the people and teams we work with are well supported.
