Our client is looking for Service Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement service design best practices and methodologies to foster innovation and improve service delivery across the organization.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the importance of a seamless and positive employee experience in all service design initiatives.
- Map out the end-to-end weekly employee journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
- Design services and solutions that address identified pain points and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with researchers, UX/UI designers, HR specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic and user-centered design solutions.
- Prototype and test design solutions with employees, gathering feedback to iterate and refine offerings.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years in a similar position
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a focus on service design.
- Proven experience in service design or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases successful design projects.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate co-design sessions with employees and stakeholders. Previous experiences in designing employee experiences and developing employee experience strategy.
- Must be located in New Jersey/New York.
