UX Researcher

Our client is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their team. The ideal candidate will enhancing be playing a crucial role in the organization’s workplace environment and culture. Through various research methodologies, they will inform and guide the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, open card sorts and usability testing, to gather insights on employee satisfaction, engagement, and experience across journeys and digital platforms.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and team members in a clear and compelling manner.
• Advocate for employee needs and perspectives throughout the design and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Employee Experience Strategy, worked in an Employee Experience Team. Experience with working with Human Resources, Information Technology, and other operational departments across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with User Research Platforms like UserTesting, Lookback, Dscout, etc.
• Experience with Survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
