Content Production Design Coordinator

Our client, a global tech business, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Content Production Design Coordinator to join their team for a 3 month, full time contract!

This individual will be supporting on-going content art production workstreams, working closely with production design teams and product publishing teams to facilitate the production of on- product content for their platform.

The perfect candidate has:

• 6 years of Coordinator or Associate Producer at a creative post-production studio or digital agency
• Expertise in designed and animated content creation, high-volume asset tracking, and production processes.
• Familiar with working with artists performing Photography re-touching and digital compositing.
• Experienced working cross-functionally, considering multiple teams and touchpoint throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining project timely project and asset trackers, adhere to strict timelines and deadlines, and manage and maintain day to day communication, as well as be held accountable for regular status reporting and escalation of critical issues.

This individual needs to be on the ball and on top of the processes happening. This team deals with numerous weekly and monthly asset deadlines so you need to keep track and ensure deadlines are met.

This team has a weekly deadline once a week that may require being on call one evening of the week.

Period: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Fully remote HOWEVER must be close to either Culver City or Cupertino.
