Programs Manager – Marketing Communications

Salt is partnering with a global Design agency at the intersection of strategy, design, marketing, and technology. The team is looking to bring on a Marketing Communications Program Manager to join the enterprise client’s team. This is a FULLY REMOTE role.

This is an opportunity to offer your creative expertise to support content and internal communications initiatives across a large consumer marketing sales organization.

The role:

• Provide executive presentation support including content development of strategic presentations, creative/graphic concepts and adaptation, template/slide master creation
• Design and create content for executive keynotes
• Project management of key communications including editorial calendar, stakeholder liaison, communication content
• Maintenance and archive management of key team resources, content and communications
• Manage special projects across organization as needed, leveraging Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Your background + experience:

• 5+ years of experience working in content strategy, communications or presentation design
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Content or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office products
• 1+ year of experience working for a well-known enterprise brand
• Experience designing/building PowerPoint decks that tell a compelling narrative/story that is visible to executive and above leadership
• Experience taking content from various sources and combining for a cohesive narrative that is fluid, organized and compelling
• Experience editing content and wordsmithing as needed
• Looking for a self-starter who is proactive and a self-planner
• Outlook / newsletter proficiency
