Sr. Communication Consultant (Tech Org)

Salt is partnering with a leading enterprise financial services institution to hire a Sr. Communications Consultant within the Shared Service Tech org.. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Must have indefinite employment authorization to work in the USA.

This position will support the technology leadership team in key technology communications; focusing on key presentations, maintaining online communications, organizational announcements, supporting high priority project communications. Additonally, this role will support key external technology communications and develop relationships with other enterprise and corporate communication teams.

The role + responsibilities:

• Establish a suite of communication products and standards for technology colleagues to leverage.
• Create a communication governance framework and consult with key tech resources to ensure innovative and practice outcomes for technology leadership executives.
• Create and execute on communication strategy and vision.
• Guide the development of communication skills of leadership, providing communication tools, templates and training to better enable understanding and engagement.
• Engage with the operating and functional organizations in developing the communications strategies and tactics for driving large scale change initiatives and management / technology employee communications.

Your background + experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of Technology or Communications experience
• 3 years of experience written and digital content creation
• 5 years of experience leading large and complex projects
• 5 years of progressive responsibility for executive leadership communication
• This role will be an independent contributor with the ability to lead outcomes through collaborative partnerships.
• Exceptional planning, development, and execution of time bound deliverables will be a must have.
