Position: Senior Social Media Manager (Paid Social)
Location: USA / remote (EST or CST preferred)
My client is looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager, Paid Social with a focus on LinkedIn to lead paid social media campaigns and engage core audiences in our target markets. As the Senior Social Media Manager you’ll serve as the Brand’s paid social media expert, working with Marketing to execute paid social strategies for a B2B global enterprise organization. Responsibilities include providing recommendations for social media campaign, executing sponsored campaigns, pulling metrics to show impact, and optimizing campaigns to reflect the brand and business goals.
You will report to the Head of Social Media, working with the social media team and global brand team.
Qualifications/requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing sponsored LinkedIn campaigns for a B2B enterprise brand including strategy and execution – experience must include executing paid social campaigns within native platforms (i.e. LinkedIn campaign manager).
- Ability to think strategically and make recommendations that can drive measurable results
- Deep understanding of tactical execution in other media disciplines and how they may affect paid social campaigns
- Strong familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools (i.e. Sprinklr or Hootsuite)
- Capacity to manage high-volume and complex projects that require multiple team members working cooperatively
- Demonstrated working knowledge of social analytics & familiar with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategizing and execution of sponsored LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns
- Work closely with the brand and digital teams to develop campaign strategies
- Lead daily media optimizations, collaborating with brand and social media managers
- Manage monthly and quarterly paid social budgets, ensuring spend and performance efficiency, recommending ongoing campaign optimizations
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform content strategies, media planning and optimization, and help the greater social media team achieve it its goals
- Lead testing and analysis of social media campaigns using internal social analytics, measurement tools, A/B tests, and recommend performance optimizations/new features
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders across Marketing and Sales
