Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join the marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to elevate their brand, drive consumer engagement, and grow market share. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while identifying opportunities to enhance market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to align with the company’s vision and objectives with a focus on growth across e-commerce (Amazon storefronts, socials campaigns, partnerships) and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, influencers, social media, product, sales, and design to bring the brand strategy to life.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand assets, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Track and measure brand performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for product positioning, partnerships, and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a deep understanding of the brand’s values and objectives within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for the culinary and home appliance space is a plus.
