- Partner with senior leadership to develop, package and roll out key service offerings for agency teams and client
- Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans to increase awareness, accelerate new business and evangelize service offerings in support of client activity
- Lead and manage rollout of new service offerings, go-to-market messaging and positioning
- Serve as a key member of cross functional teams (Both Local & Global) to ensure effective business delivery for agency partners as well as the Data & Tech unit
- Research and present insights about the marketplace, innovations and trends
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Work Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in strategic marketing
- Agency experience preferred
Skills:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ issues across market segments and geographies regionally
- A deep understanding of the media and marketing landscape; create, launch and manage marketing programs that help us achieve our objectives
- A proven ability work under pressure and tight deadlines, including the ability to manage several projects concurrently; demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with C-level executives and business leaders and their teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex ideas
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and superior work ethic
- High degree of business acumen. Can fully understand business objectives of projects with the ability to improve, refine, and execute against them
