Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a dynamic, international boutique agency based in Brooklyn. They work across Creative, Analytics and Growth projects with awesome brands, from cool start-ups to established giants.

We’re looking for a pro-active Growth Marketing Manager, reporting directly into the Head of the business unit.

The ideal candidate…

• Expertise – You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in growth marketing including but not limited to:

  – Paid social
  – Paid search
  – Performance marketing
  – Competitor analysis
  – Mobile app optimisation/ASO

• Account management – You need to be comfortable working directly with and managing senior stakeholders with demonstrable experience in this capacity. You will be managing no more than 3 accounts in this role, with each relationship carefully nurtured.
• Attitude – You are someone who loves to take the wheel and drive projects forward. You make things happen and enjoy working autonomously.
• Leadership – You’re a natural leader – whilst people management is not an essential requirement for this role, you aspire to lead teams in the future and are open to coaching

The salary range for this role is $69,000 – $113,000 per annum.
