A high-growth consumer tech company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive paid acquisition marketing across digital and offline channels. Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, this role will focus on developing and executing paid acquisition strategies, managing creative development, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of leveraging insights to fuel impactful marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Strategy: Own paid acquisition marketing for key products, with a strong focus on paid social, as well as podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, and other digital and offline channels.
- Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including creative development, asset production, ad operations, and performance optimization.
- Creative Development: Lead the ideation and execution of high-performing ad creatives, working closely with video editors, production teams, and copywriters.
- Market & Consumer Research: Analyze the competitive landscape and consumer insights to develop compelling marketing creative.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and report on campaign performance to drive data-driven optimizations.
- Revenue & Conversion Growth: Spearhead creative innovation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to enhance acquisition and retention efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal Tech and Data Science teams to refine conversion strategies and improve campaign efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, growth marketing, or a related field).
- Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and delivering strong business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience in paid social, media buying, and creative development is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple workstreams effectively.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset, combining creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for consumer behavior, growth marketing, and digital-first branding.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or DTC eCommerce space is a plus.
