Head of Growth Marketing / Media

We are partnering with a pioneering consumer health brand to hire their first Head of Marketing and Media.

This is a remote-first role in the United States, EST preferred.

About you:

• At least 8 years’ experience across ad agency (media planning, buying, strategy) and in-house advertising, brand and marketing campaigns across CPG/FMCG/Personal Care Products
• Additional experience in an scale-up environment launching a product to market in the region of $50m – $100m in subsequent sales
• Excellent commercial skills across business strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, presenting and team management
• Good working knowledge of e-commerce and/or subscription business models
• Entrepreneurial flair – happy to get stuck in and make things happen

Responsibilities:

• You will work directly with C-Suite to run the full marketing funnel across all channels including OOH, print, OTT and digital (paid media)
• You’ll also be responsible for the vision-setting, strategy, planning and buying of media and ad campaigns
• Budget management
• Board-reporting
