Salt is excited to be partnering on a new opportunity for a Marketing Producer to join a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team responsible for external campaigns promoting a wide range of consumer services.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with media strategists, channel activation leads, creative production teams, and analytics specialists to coordinate campaign workflows and manage projects from creative brief through launch. You’ll bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for process improvements that enhance campaign delivery and team efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign execution
• Strong understanding of campaign lifecycles including media, creative, analytics, and trafficking workflows
• Experience managing social and digital campaigns across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Pinterest
• Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Asana, or similar project management platforms
• Experience in subscription service marketing is a plus!
