Paid Social Media Manager

Salt is partnering with an industry-leading medical supplies distributor looking to bring on a Paid Social Media Manager to their Content Marketing team! This is a fully remote position. Ideally based in Central or Eastern time zones.

In this role you will strategize, build, execute and measure paid social campaigns for business units within the Medical Segment. You will be responsible for developing and communicating best practices and standards for growing paid social media planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content marketing managers to strategize, develop, execute and measure paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Create relevant ad copy for campaigns
• Optimize campaigns, including running A/B tests, and improving ROAs
• Advise on driving strategic engagement, impressions, awareness, thought leadership, lead generation/nurturing and lead conversions
• Ensure messaging is consistent and aligns across all platforms
• Measure the effectiveness of each paid social media program by using tools to track/measure the return-on-investment consistently
• Prepare reports on campaign analysis for the Global Content Marketing team
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of paid social media marketing experience, either in-house agency
• Skilled across all major social platforms
• Proven experience in creating and driving paid media campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Proven experience managing budgets for 15-20 social media campaigns
• B2B digital marketing experience
• Analytical thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
