Performance Marketing Specialist

Salt Recruitment has partnered with a leading SaaS company looking to bring on an energetic and passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to drive expansion and inbound growth.

Responsibilities:

• Launching campaigns on various paid search channels and directories, including Google Ads, Bing Ads.
• Working with the paid social team to launch campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
• Analyzing campaign performance daily to ensure campaigns progress towards monthly targets.
• Work closely with the Product Marketing and Content team to bring paid channel creativity.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst to evaluate campaign performance and provide tactical solutions.
• A/B testing for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 Years of Google Ads experience
• Excellent writer and adept in testing copy & messaging.
• Self-motivated, with fantastic communication skills.
• Data analytical skills for campaign performance and marketing attribution.
