Senior Creator Marketing Manager

Our client is a profitable D2C subscription business looking for a well-rounded creator marketing expert to expand their US business. This role is based in NYC and is a hybrid working model.

We are looking for a marketer with influencer/creator marketing experience, performance marketing experience and entrepreneurial flair. You’ll be working on across the sales funnel from brand awareness through to conversion and retention, and must have experience working in a D2C business.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance-driven creator/influencer marketing in D2C company
• Demonstrable knowledge of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through to retention
• Comfortable with numbers – as analytical as they are creative
• Media buying for a growth-focused brand is a plus

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the success and measurement of the paid media budget
• Account manage talent agencies, influencers and networks across all social media verticals including TikTok, podcasts, radio and television
• Create and review scripts for assets
• Monitor and manage performance of campaigns by analysing sales conversions
• Building out the US presence of an impressive D2C tech business and working with a global team and looking at new geographical markets, platforms and business strategies
