Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing Agency

Our client is a dynamic, international boutique agency based in NYC. They work across Creative, Analytics and Growth projects with awesome brands, from innovative apps to established giants.

We’re looking for a pro-active, self-leading Senior Growth Marketing Manager, reporting directly into the Head of the business unit.

The ideal candidate…

• Expertise – You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing including but not limited to:

– Performance marketing

– Paid search

– Paid Social

– Competitor analysis

– Mobile app optimisation/ASO

• Account management – You need to be comfortable working directly with and managing senior stakeholders with demonstrable experience in this capacity. You will be managing no more than 3 accounts in this role, with each relationship carefully nurtured.

• Attitude – You are someone who loves to take the wheel and drive projects forward. You make things happen and enjoy working autonomously.

• Leadership – You’re a natural leader and enjoy managing people and culture on projects.

The salary range for this role is $114000 – $140,000 per annum, plus bonus + benefits incl. fully covered health and shared parental leave.
