We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/Project Manager for a fast growing Series C AI & computer vision tech startup to manage key client relationships in North America. This role involves partnering with clients to align their solution driving growth and product adoption across the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Product Adoption: Guide clients on maximizing the value of our technology, providing support and encouraging adoption.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify up-selling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales to drive revenue.
• Feedback and Improvement: Convey client insights to product teams for ongoing product enhancement.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor client success metrics and take action to improve adoption and value.
• Collateral Creation: Develop materials showcasing the impact on accounts to support expansion and marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction or engineering, with large-scale project experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Technology Integration: Understanding of construction project management and tech applications on-site.
• Travel: Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
• Location: Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
