Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3+ years of experience in lead generation, IT industry sales, SaaS, and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients within the IT, SaaS, and cloud space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and product presentations.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools to ensure proper follow-up and sales progression.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or cloud industries.
  • Strong experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud solutions, SaaS products, and IT-related services.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in the IT and SaaS markets.
