Director of Account Management

Our client provides publishers with an artificial intelligence driven SaaS platform solution to increase revenue and enhance user experience.

This growing SaaS company is headquartered in Tel Aviv but expanding tremendously in NY and London.

With over 35+ enterprise level clients such as CNN, TMZ and Hearts News Paper, the team is looking to bring on an experienced Director of Account Management as their first US Account Management hire.

In this role:

• You will manage the relationship with their clients to ensure they know how to utilize the platform to its full potential
• Responsible for the growth of accounts, this may include upselling/cross-selling
• Manage a large book of business
• Communicate with internal teams as needed to provide best client experience possible

Requirements:

• Based in NY, NJ or CT (this is a remote role but may require occasional in-office meetings)
• 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably directly working with publishers
• Background managing enterprise level accounts/clients
• Experience with a large Book of Business ($5K -$300K per year)
• Some tech background would be fantastic!
