THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America sales team. This pivotal role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with decision-makers, selling AI solutions, and driving revenue growth.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our rapid growth as we redefine the way businesses leverage AI for success.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proven sales success: 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Expertise: A bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or a legal background (attorney/lawyer) is required.
  • Industry experience: Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI-driven tools, especially selling to legal teams or law firms.
  • Consultative approach: Ability to simplify technical solutions and communicate value to legal professionals.
  • Master complex deals: Navigate multi-threaded sales processes and manage multiple stakeholders to close high-value opportunities.
  • Stay organized: Strong Salesforce proficiency and ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
  • Hunter mentality: Proactive in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record in high-velocity prospecting.
  • Willingness to travel: Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
