Strategic Account Manager

Series C AI platform aimed at helping data-driven executives ensure targeted marketing strategies focused on language generation for their customers is looking to grow their US team!

The firm was founded in 2012 and has raised $66M in total funding to date! They service organizations across different industries, some notable clients are: Chase, Comcast, Expedia, and American Express.

The firm is in hyper growth mode and is seeking to bring on an Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to join their team in Q1 and this role is 100% remote!

Role:

• Establish new client relationships – from prospecting to closing and everything in between including upselling and cross selling
• Partner with Senior leadership to devise targeted prospect list and discuss priorities.
• Negotiate partnership commercials with business, procurement, legal and ensure timely execution
• Surpass targets and create successful transition plans into the customer success organization

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience selling into senior leadership (I.e. senior marketing and customer experience leaders)
• Proven track record of successfully meeting targets
• Comfortable with complex SaaS sales cycle
• Expert knowledge in any of the following: media/digital services, ecommerce, insurance, banking, telec
