Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for seasoned Customer Success professionals to help take us to the next level in line with the demands of our growing US client base of large-scale corporations.

As a key member of our North American team, you will be excited at the thought of joining a fast-paced, innovative business with passionate colleagues. You will be technically savvy, highly organized and great at handling people. You will be accountable for managing the implementation of projects and service delivery to all our US customers.

Equally comfortable liaising with C-level clients or their tech teams, you’ll assist with pre-release testing and documentation of our application, along with implementation, delivery of training programs and long-term management of our clients with a view to growing user numbers.
