Implementation Manager – Remote – SaaS AI Powered Insights tool for intuitive CX

My client is not your typical reviews company. They give brands the tools to make smarter decisions and improve consumer experiences by unlocking insight obtained from real-time customer feedback. Their product offering is an AI SaaS solution for SMB-Enterprise clients to help improve brand reputations. They are headquartered in the UK and looking to scale across the U.S. market and are a Google Premier Partner working with over 3,500 brands globally!

The Implementation Manager will take a proactive role in supporting the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams from both technical and operational perspectives.

You will be working directly with the VP of Customer Success based in Boston, MA with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will ensure that achievable expectations are set from the beginning of the engagement with sales to deliver a ‘best-in-class’ solution for implementation and help support future client advocacy and retention.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in a B2B customer facing, project management or technical sales/support role.

Basic working knowledge of web applications / technologies.

Working understanding of web-based languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Confident communicator with senior stakeholders both internal and external.
