As the West Coast Sales Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge Data Warehouse and data integration solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Take full ownership of the West Coast sales region, formulating and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and enhance market penetration.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results.
- Present the value proposition effectively to economic buyers and senior management, demonstrating a deep understanding of our solutions’ benefits.
- Data Warehouse and Data Integration Expertise:
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of Data Warehouse and data integration technologies, positioning our solutions as industry-leading and custom-fit to meet customer requirements.
- Strategic Sales:
- Identify pivotal target accounts and verticals, nurturing strategic partnerships to unlock new business opportunities.
- Leverage your well-established network and market insights to expand our customer base and significantly increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers, comprehending their pain points and proposing tailored solutions to address their unique needs.
- Market Analysis:

Requirements:
- Proven successful experience as a Sales Director, specifically focused on Data Warehouse and data integration technology sales in the US market.
- Strong industry network with well-established relationships among key decision-makers in the West Coast region.
- Technical proficiency in Data Warehouse and data integration solutions, facilitating effective communication with customers and addressing complex queries.
- Strategic thinker with a proven history of devising and executing successful sales plans, resulting in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills, empowering the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market insights and sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
