What you’ll do:
- Lead the customer-obsessed Product Management and User Experience teams
- Be on the executive team to define, build, and implement product strategy and roadmap while growing and developing your team of product managers and UX designers
- Work cross-functionally with other internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and data, and establish seamless customer feedback loops to improve decision-making
- Evaluate the market and competitive landscape to understand opportunities and potential value, and lead the ideation, planning and delivery of new products and features
- Set and reach high standards for product quality, usability and user satisfaction
- Implement processes that improve the quality and speed of the delivery process
- Manage communications with key stakeholders regarding product goals, and measure progress against those goals, including the setting and tracking of product OKRs and roadmaps
What you’ve done:
- 8 years of Product Management Experience (including 3 years leading a team)
- Experience within SaaS products
- Demonstrated ability to drive to consensus, with a preference to work collaboratively
- High attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Humble, growth-minded with strong communication skills
