Our client, a leading digital services provider, seeks a Senior Product Management Producer to drive high-level product and program management across design, business, and engineering teams. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by guiding feature development, roadmap execution, and product launches for digital services in the entertainment sector.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Management Producer plays an essential role in orchestrating strategic initiatives and launch plans in collaboration with Product Management, Human Interface, Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in tech-focused media, digital entertainment, or product operations to optimize workflows and facilitate cross-functional synergies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end program management across a portfolio of digital service products.
• Facilitate team meetings, distribute regular updates, and maintain product documentation.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings, ensuring alignment across time zones.
• Track milestones, manage scope changes, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Prepare product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and lead creative workshopping and generative sessions.

Key Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Producer or Program Manager in media or digital entertainment, with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Proven background in UX, product management, or creative operations; experience with Product Operations is a plus.
• Ability to navigate complex discussions and create cross-product synergies within a debate-driven culture.
• Strong understanding of digital entertainment products, services, and technology.
• Outstanding organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Diplomatic approach to problem-solving and alignment across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with product launch protocols and go-to-market activities.
• High adaptability to switch contexts and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Design, or a related field, with experience in digital production or product operations.
