The growing Research & Development team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of cutting-edge tools and solutions for the rapidly evolving online video industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for AI and its impact on product innovation.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the success of a new AI-driven platform for creators. This individual will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, developing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product requirements, translating strategy into actionable plans, prototypes, and features.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development in line with the company’s vision.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and usability insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for users by fostering strong relationships with customers to gain insights into their challenges and needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting product demos to both internal and external audiences.
  • Passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing, and legal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
  • Technical background or experience with software development and web technologies.
