Job Description:
Are you a seasoned financial professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving business success through data-driven insights? We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial decision-making, leveraging your expertise to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis: Utilize your experience in Financial Planning and Analysis to perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to identify key business insights and opportunities.
* Financial Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making, enabling the organization to plan for the future with confidence.
* Data Analytics: Harness the power of data analytics to extract valuable insights, providing recommendations for cost management, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
* Microsoft Excel Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of Microsoft Excel to create complex financial models, reports, and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Take the lead in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline financial operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
* SAP BW/ERP Equivalent: Familiarity with SAP BW or equivalent ERP systems to navigate and leverage data for analysis and reporting.
* Contract Management: Apply your basic knowledge of contract management to ensure compliance and provide insights into contract-related financial implications.
* Tenacity: Exhibit a tenacious spirit to solve complex financial challenges, showing a relentless commitment to achieving goals and surpassing expectations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
* Data analytics skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Basic knowledge of contract management.
* Ability to connect financial analysis to business objectives.
* Strong tenacity and a passion for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications:
* SAP/BW or equivalent ERP system experience.
* Power BI proficiency.
* Process improvement expertise.
