Network Engineer

Join our client’s team at one of the first international service providers of LTE/5G wireless WAN as a Network Solutions Engineer!

As a Network Solutions Engineer, you will be the key link between the customers and the business, providing critical technical expertise to design and deliver network solutions which are functional, practical and cost-efficient. You will work closely with Sales, Products and Technical Design teams to resolve customer issues, simplifying complex technical solutions in easy-to-understand language that resonates with our clients.

Your role will also involve managing testing, providing on-demand technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with other network support engineers across different time zones. You will also be responsible for managing SIM card troubleshooting, LTE coverage support and providing pre-sales support to the ales team.

Key experience for this role includes a good understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols, as well as problem-solving skills on basic network issues. Having Cisco/Juniper certifications or an understanding of LTE/5G technology would be a great advantage but not a must.
