Mid-Level Art Director

🚀 We’re on the hunt for a Mid-Level Art Director to bring bold ideas and sharp visual direction to our creative team in Gardens, Cape Town (hybrid).

🎨 The Role
As our Art Director, you’ll lead the visual side of integrated BTL shopper marketing campaigns – from in-store activations to on-the-ground experiences. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, and client teams to transform strategy into creative work that excites shoppers and builds lasting brand love.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Develop strong visual concepts and drive the creative direction of campaigns

• Design independently while guiding the layout and execution process

• Mentor junior creatives and champion visual excellence

• Contribute to pitch-winning ideas and present concepts to clients

🙌 Who You Are

• 3-5 years’ experience, ideally in retail + activations

• A sharp conceptual thinker with strong visual craft

• A natural collaborator with great communication + mentorship skills

• Detail-driven and passionate about delivering work that stands out
