Key Responsibilities:
Partner with line management to identify and address departmental training needs, ultimately improving team performance.
Monitor and assess training provided by both internal and external trainers, taking swift corrective action when necessary to ensure optimal results.
Ensure all training records are meticulously maintained and comply with the Skills Development Act and relevant legislation.
Schedule and manage training interventions based on needs analyses, ensuring the smooth administration of training attendance from start to finish.
Support the HR Manager in developing and managing the annual training budget.
Stay current with the latest training methods and continuously introduce improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Initiate and lead Organizational Development (OD) projects to achieve set goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively or independently to uphold high standards and deliver consistent, accurate results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Matric (NQF Level 4)
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service orientation
A proactive, results-driven approach with energy and enthusiasm to succeed
